One strategy for improving policy effectiveness and program delivery is to fundamentally alter how professionals are trained and educated. This vision has driven Jodi's scholarship in this area and is at the foundation of the strategic importance of the Hubert Project and her own work to redesign and teach in the school's MPA cohort program.
